32 Old Queen Street 2009

Dating from c. 1775 on land owned by Christ's Hospital, this is not only one of the grandest houses in the area, but had the most painstaking and detailed refurbishment carried out over a period of two and a half years. Its original 5,500 sq ft was extended to almost 6,000 sq ft by the addition of a high-tech panoramic top floor and terrace, making the best of its views over St James's Park and the house is one of the most luxurious we have sold to date.
