26 Queen Anne's Gate

Built c.1702/ 04 and owned for a number of years by the Marquis of Bute who refurbished the property in 1926 to include a lift and extended the ground and first floors. Subsequently owned by the Girls Public Day School Trust for whom we sold the property. It is now refurbished as an 8,000 sq ft house overlooking St James's Park. Quite, quite beautiful!
