17 Queen Anne's Gate
One of the smaller houses in Queen Anne's Gate, c.3,800 sq ft. Built in 1702 in the Dutch style with later paneling by Sir Edwin Lutyens, who used the building as his offices in the early nineteenth century. Although Grade I Listed, significant alterations were negotiated with English Heritage in order for the property to revert to modern-day residential use, whilst retaining its Period feel.
