Originally built in the early 19th century as 2 buildings to house workers from the Stag Brewery (now Cardinal Place on Palace Street). Substantially rebuilt in the early 20th century and then combined and internally restructured to form a single building of 3,627 sq ft in the 1980s. Sold by us with combined residential and commercial use.
