My name is Barrie Warrener and I am the proprietor of Hathaways Estate Agents which I incorporated in 1976. I started my career as an Estate Agent in 1969 and Hathaways Period Houses was born out of a personal enthusiasm for historical and beautiful architecture. Hathaways is a general practice estate agency run alongside Hathaways Period Houses which, in order to provide a detailed and personal service, I manage along with my assistant Kirsty Sugden.

Hathaways Period Houses is a niche agency and we pride ourselves on concentrating on only a small number of properties at any one time. In this way we are able to run very focused marketing campaigns for each property making sure we gain the maximum exposure and response. Despite being a small company, we have national coverage and in recent years have sold some of the most prestigious properties in central London.

As our offices are located in Westminster SW1, the majority of the properties we deal with are in that area or adjacent to St James's Park. However, our ethos is to follow the property and not the postcode and so have additionally dealt with properties in Belgravia, Kennington, St John's Wood, Bloomsbury and even out to the Mile End Road!
